The course is designed to satisfy the needs of those people wishing to combine a short holiday in underwater activities and at the same time improve their fluency in English. English lessons are based o n the acquaintance of different subjects in English through conversation and discussion. It also helps to improve on the specific phraseology of marine life and underwater activities. The maltese archipelago form a very special diving site, right at the heart of the mediterranean, a site which is easily accessible and remarkably well - preserved. With their natural harbours and bays, sheltered creeks, cliffs and reefs, the islands invite you to explore an underwater world of diving sites, a stone's throw away from another. Thanks to excellent visibility, often as far down as 30 metres, one can enjoy an astonishing underwater universe - a canvas of caverns and crevices teeming with life.The water is very warm in summer and seldom goes below 15 degrees in winter. The marine life is varied and one can swim alongside groupers and eels in a beautiful underwater environment.
